Ninja training near you.
Real ninja skills, taught in local training groups. No experience needed.
The art of winning.
Winning is not about beating people. It is about staying safe when someone means you harm, and staying calm and clear when life puts you under pressure. You learn both with the real skills of the ninja (Ninjutsu), step by step.
You learn to protect yourself with realistic skills for modern life. You build confidence and calm under pressure. You train in a real lineage that traces back to the Pretoria Hombu and a ninja tradition almost 1000 years old. And you do it all in a group near you, or in one you start yourself.
What you learn.
Unarmed skills
Skills you can use with nothing in your hands.
- Defences
- Strikes and kicks
- Throws
- Joint locks
- Escapes from grabs
- Rolls and falls
Weapons
Then the traditional weapons of the ninja.
You don’t need to be strong.
Ninja skills rely on timing, distance and balance, not on strength, size or speed. In Japan, women ninja were called kunoichi, and like all ninja they won by being clever and unexpected. Today, many women have trained to black belt and beyond, at the Pretoria Hombu and around the world.
